The Advocates for Human Rights has an ongoing need for volunteers to translate documents and interpret during in-person meetings or interviews. Our clients come from all over the world, but we especially need volunteers who speak French, Amharic, Oromo, Somali, Arabic, Spanish, and Hmong. We train, support, and provide resource materials to our volunteers.
Interpreters do not need to attend a training before beginning work on a case. All volunteers must complete a confidentiality agreement.
