Stinson LLP has been a pro bono champion for years. Last year it identified a growing need for asylum seekers from Guinea and Liberia and launched an innovative and collaborative response. Through its Deinard Legal Clinic, Stinson hosted monthly clinics and prepared more than 100 pro se asylum applications in collaboration with The Advocates, the Community University Health Care Center (CUHCC) staff and providers, and interpreters and translators. And Stinson remains committed to providing support as the needs of this population evolve within a rapidly shifting immigration landscape.
