Francesca Ceravolo holds a Master’s Degree in Law (cum laude) from the University of Milan and a Master of Arts in Human Rights from University College London. As an International Justice Legal Intern at The Advocates for Human Rights from April 2024 to December 2025, she supported advocacy across a wide range of issues, with a particular focus on the death penalty, gender-based violence, and the rights of LGBTIQ+ people. She drafted and delivered oral statements before UN human rights bodies, contributed to Universal Periodic Review submissions and advocacy documents, researched and drafted UN treaty-body reports, and participated in The Advocates’ advocacy trip to the UN Office in Geneva.
