The #WelcomeWithDignity Campaign is extremely concerned by reports that the President is planning to set the FY 2026 Presidential Determination on Refugee Admissions (PD) at the historic low of 7,500. This move will strand people seeking safety in precarious and dangerous circumstances around the globe. If these reports are true, the Trump administration has also violated federal law by failing to consult Congress on the Presidential Determination prior to October 1.
