Join the authors of "Kitchens of Hope" at the State Fair on Thursday, Aug. 28. at 10 am and 1 pm. During each event, a different contributor to the cookbook will demonstrate a recipe from their homeland. The activity takes place at the Creative Activities building, in the Cambria Kitchen, hosted by the Minnesota Star Tribune. The authors will also be there to talk about the book. The book will be available for sale at the Minnesota Star Tribune booth.
