Join AHR and VLN staff as they dive into the intersection of juvenile court proceedings and immigration law!

Participants will learn about At-Risk guardianships and the I-360 (SIJS) application process for youth aged 18-21, which ensure vulnerable juveniles receive protection while pursuing lawful permanent residency in the United States. 

CLE will cover:

  • Eligibility for At Risk Juvenile Guardianship
  • Filing the Juvenile Court petition, including seeking SIJS findings
  • Eligibility for and process to apply for SIJS
